SoleSolution SMS/MMS Marketing Compliance & Opt-In Process
End-users provide explicit, user-initiated consent to receive recurring automated SMS marketing messages from SoleSolution through one of two methods within our iOS application. Both methods use an unchecked-by-default control and display the full, compliant disclosure language.
Visual Evidence of Opt-In Methods
Method 1: Opt-In During App Registration
Below is the opt-in screen presented to new users during the app registration process. The checkbox is unchecked by default, requiring a direct user action to provide consent.

Method 2: Opt-In From Notification Settings
Existing users can opt-in at any time from the app’s notification settings page. The toggle switch is off by default, requiring the user to actively enable it to receive messages.
