For text messaging in the United States, by requesting, joining, agreeing to, enrolling in, signing up for, acknowledging, or otherwise consenting to receive one or more text messages (“Opt In”) from SoleSolution, you accept these SMS Terms of Service (the “SMS Terms”) and our main Privacy Policy.
1. Program Description
SoleSolution offers a mobile messaging program (the “Program”), through which we will send you text messages related to your account, transactions, and use of our services. Messages may include notifications, order updates, security alerts, and customer service communications. We may also send promotional messages and special offers.
2. Opting In and User Authorization
By Opting In to our Program, you expressly authorize SoleSolution to use autodialer or non-autodialer technology to send recurring automated text messages to the mobile phone number associated with your Opt In. You also authorize SoleSolution to include marketing content in these messages. You do not have to Opt In or agree to Opt In as a condition of any purchase.
You consent to the use of an electronic record to document your Opt In. To withdraw that consent, you may reply STOP or contact us via the methods described in our Privacy Policy. If you withdraw your consent, certain features of our service may not be available to you.
You confirm that you are the current subscriber to the Opted In mobile phone number or that you are the customary user of that number on a family or business plan and that you are authorized to Opt In.
3. Keywords and How to Opt Out
You may opt out of the Program at any time. To stop receiving messages from us, you can use any of the following methods:
• Text Message:: Text STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to our number. Upon receiving your opt-out request, we will send you one final confirmation message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive messages from us unless you Opt In again.
• Account Settings:: Navigate to the “Notifications” page within your account settings and toggle off SMS notifications.
For assistance with the Program, text HELP to our number. We will respond with our business name and information on how to get help or opt out.
4. Message Frequency
Message frequency will vary based on your account activity and the services you use.
5. Cost and Carrier Liability
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
SoleSolution and the mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
